Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We are happy to accept full or part orders back as returns for refund (minus the shipping costs both ways) or exchange within 28 days of purchase provided that the items are unopened from their original sealed packaging where possible, unused and in exactly the same condition that they left us in. Any items not returned in this manner will simply be returned back to the customer once you have been informed that a refund will not be forthcoming. If in doubt please call us on our number below to discuss your order before returning any items.

Any incorrect order or discrepancy in the quantity, colour, sizes or type of item you have received against your order need to be notified to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Or post your full or part order of unwanted items along with a copy of your original invoice back to us for refund or exchange, to our address below. Please note that if you require a refund you will only be refunded for the products only and will not receive a refund for the original delivery cost, or the delivery cost you will have to pay to return the items.

We recommend returning items via a Royal Mail Recorded delivery service or any alternative delivery service that offers tracking or proof of posting and/or delivery for your own security should any returned items get lost in transit, as we cannot be held responsible for any returned items not making it back to us if they have not been sent in this manner.
